Ilya has over 9 years experience in banking, M&A, strategic development and venture capital.
He was involved in M&A deals in energy, metallurgy, engineering and telecommunication industries and participated in a considerable number of projects with industrial, financial, real-estate and chemical companies.
Ilya coached portfolio companies with focus on management, investment search, business valuation, project initiation and exit.
Prior to Bright-Capital, Ilya used to work for RU-COM, The Sputnik Group, KPMG and FBK Company (PKF Moscow), with a focus on private equity activity and participated in financial advisory projects with Gazprom, Lukoil, Rusal.
Graduated from the Higher School of Economics – Finance and financial markets departments.
