Dr. Yarrington served as Executive Board Member of Wolters Kluwer NV from January 1, 1999 to December 31, 2004.
Before becoming an Executive Board Member, he was President and CEO of CCH Inc, and a member of the Wolters Kluwer U.S.
Board of Directors.
Prior to joining CCH in 1994, he spent 21 years with The Bureau of National Affairs Inc., where he was elected to the Board of Directors in 1980 and to the Executive Committee in 1981.
He also was a member of the Board of Directors of the Information Industry Association from 1988 to 1998.
At the end of 2004, he retired from the Executive Board of Wolters Kluwer but will remain active in an advisory capacity.
He earned his Juris Doctor degree from George Washington University Law Center and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Randolph-Macon College.
