Horst Wildemann

Adviser to CVC since 2012.
Horst Wildemann has been lecturing as professor at the Technical University of Munich and is chairman of the management consulting company TCW GmbH.
He is a member of the boards of SICK AG, Interroll AG, Zeppelin AG and chairman of the boards of different medium-sized companies like IWIS, Rudolf, Großhaus, Möhlenhoff, Hamberger and Pinta Elements.

Horst Wildemann studied mechanical engineering and business administration at Aachen and Köln, graduated with a PhD (Dr. rer.
pol.) at the universities of Köln, Passau (Dr. h.c.), Klagenfurth (Dr. h.c.) and Cottbus (Dr. Ing.
Eh.).
He was awarded the 'Staatsmedaille' of the Bavarian State and the Federal Cross of Merit, first class, of the Federal Republic of Germany.
