Prior to becoming the Chairman, he was the Vice-Chairman of the Group since 2000.
Until 2002, Mr. Todd was also the President of Zink & Triest Company, Inc., Montgomeryville, PA, a member of the A. M.
Todd Group.
Zink & Triest is the world’s largest buyer and seller of vanilla beans and a leading supplier of vanillin and ethyl vanillin to the international food, flavor and fragrance industries.
Prior to assuming the Presidency of Zink & Triest in 1993, he served as Vice President since 1976.
He has been employed by the A. M.
Todd organization since 1969.
He is a graduate of Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH and Tabor Academy, Marion, MA. He is a Trustee of State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) Funds and serves on Tabor Academy’s Headmaster’s Council.
Mr. Todd is a member of the Institute of Flavor Technologists (IFT), Flavors and Extracts Manufacturers Association (FEMA), and the Vanilla Bean Association of America.
