Ms. Heather Pelant is a Principal at Blackrock Asset Management Canada Ltd. She joined Blackrock Asset Management in December 2009 as a result of the merger between Blackrock and Barclays Global Investors.
Prior to joining Blackrock, she spent four years as a Business Development Officer for iShares with Barclays in San Francisco.
