Hans Kang

Hans has over 18 years of experience in real estate and private equity real estate fund management.
At CBC Group, Hans developed and launched the firm’s Real Assets strategy, and currently leads the investments, capital raising and operations of the platform.
Prior to joining CBC Group in 2020, Hans was the CIO of InfraRed NF Investment Advisors, a real estate investment management platform focused on Greater China, where he oversaw the investments and portfolio management.
Before that, Hans was a Director at Angelo Gordon (Asia) with a focus on business origination in China and Singapore.
Before Angelo Gordon, he performed various investment focused roles for Jones Lang LaSalle in China and Australia having joined them as an Asia Pacific graduate trainee.
Hans holds a bachelor’s degree with Honours in Marketing from Fudan University and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Investment & Finance from the University of Hong Kong.
