I have been involved in various project management roles for the past 26 years, primarily in delivering technologies to businesses.
The past 15 years have been spent managing projects in BPO technologies, business intelligence solutions, and R&D program management for data storage hardware.
My projects pay particular focus on business objectives while keeping a broader perspective on how the technologies delivered can help in achieving the objectives.
On the ground, I place huge emphasis on team dynamics, successfully balancing project objectives with individual members’ ability to work, think, communicate, and be creative (innovate).
