Mr. Tota is the founder and Senior Director of Arcturus Capital.
For more than a decade, he has managed alternative asset funds in both the venture capital and hedge fund industries.
Over the past four years, Mr. Tota has worked closely with HRL Laboratories and other leading research facilities to develop and commercialize new technologies in Southern California.
Mr. Tota is the recipient of more than 100 scientific and academic awards and holds a Masters Degree in Literature and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Development Economics.
He is an honors graduate of Harvard College.
