Frank Dottori

Frank A. Dottori was the founder of Tembec, Inc. (founded in 1972) and held the title of President & Chief Executive Officer from 2005 to 2006.
He currently holds the position of Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at White River Forest Products LP and Chairman at The Centre for Research & Innovation in the Bio-Economy.
He is also the President of Fadco Consulting, Inc. since 2006 and a Member of the Ontario BioAuto Council.
In his former positions, he served as President & Chief Executive Officer of Rayonier A.M.
Canada Industries, Inc., Chairman of Paprican, Inc., and Chairman of Équipement Hydraulique Boréal, Inc. He was also an Independent Director at Saputo, Inc. from 2003 to 2013, a Director at Bell Nordiq Group, Inc., and a Director at Laurentian Bank of Canada.
Additionally, he served as an Independent Director at Capital BLF, Inc. from 2007 to 2012 and at Gulfstream Acquisition 1 Corp.
from 2012 to 2019.
He was a Director of the Cellulosic Ethanol Division at Greenfield Global, Inc. and a Director at Gestion Papiers Gaspesia, Inc. and Papiers Gaspesia, Inc. He also served as a Governor at Montréal Exchange, Inc. Mr. Dottori obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto.
