Florent Labiale

Florent Labiale joined IK Partners in 2019 and is a Director within the Development Capital team in Paris.
He has extensive operational and transactional experience, specialising in the Business Services sector.
Prior to joining the Development Capital team, he was part of the Partnership Fund team in Paris.
Prior to joining IK, Florent worked at HgCapital in London, after a role at Bain & Company in Paris.
He holds a master’s in Management (Grande Ecole) from HEC Paris.
Outside of work, Florent enjoys playing poker.
