Mr. Edward Park is Partner at Trilantic Capital Management LLC (TCP).
Prior to joining TCP, Mr. Park was a founding and co-managing partner of BlackRock’s private equity business and a Managing Director of BlackRock, Inc. Prior to joining BlackRock, he was a principal at Lindsay Goldberg and Bessemer, where he most recently led their European investment effort, and at its predecessor Bessemer Holdings.
Earlier in his career, he worked for Morgan Stanley in the M&A department and in the Technology Group.
Mr. Park earned a B.S., summa cum laude, in Economics, concentration in Finance, from The Wharton School and a B.A., summa cum laude, in the Biological Basis of Behavior, Neural Systems from the College of Arts and Sciences of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Benjamin Franklin Scholar.
