He previously served as the Director of Mosaic (Nebraska), President of CARITAS Health Services, and General Counsel & Vice President of Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health System, Inc. He was also a member of Preferred Professional Insurance Co. Barker received his undergraduate degree from Kansas State University and his graduate degree from Washburn University.
Currently, Barker holds positions in the Health Care Compliance Association, American Bar Association, Association of Corporate Counsel, and American Health Lawyers Association.
