David T. Orlandella

Prior to joining Enhanced Capital Partners, Mr. Orlandella was Managing Director of Comstellar Technologies and Redwood Ventures a $300 million private equity fund managed by top executives from the telecommunications industry.
At Comstellar/Redwood, he was responsible for investments, acquisitions, and the development of various telecommunications related businesses.
Prior to Comstellar/Redwood, Mr. Orlandella was Executive Director at US West Communications, Inc. Prior to US West, he served as Director at KPMG Baymark where he provided corporate finance and investment banking services for companies involved in mergers and acquisitions, private placements and recapitalizations.
Prior to KPMG Baymark, he was a Senior Manager at Coopers and Lybrand where he provided corporate finance and operational consulting services for clients.
He serves on the Board of Directors of StorePerform Technologies, Inc. He also serves on the Board of Technology Transfer at the University of Denver.
He is currently a member of various telecommunications industry associations and was recently a guest speaker regarding mezzanine debt financing and on topics including "Trends in the Telecommunications Industry." Mr. Orlandella graduated from Bates College with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Mathematics.
