During the previous six years, Mr. Reilly worked at The Holmes Group, a Berkshire portfolio company, as the Executive Vice President of Operations.
Mr. Reilly responsibilities included New Product development, Supply Chain operations and Information Technology.
From 1996 to 1999, he was the Vice President of Global Operations Services at Hasbro, Inc., where he was responsible for Operations process improvements and systems implementations.
