Mr. Maisel also formerly worked at Marvel Studios LLC, as Chairman from 2004 to 2011, The Walt Disney Co., as Director-Strategic Planning, Gaia, Inc., as Independent Director, Eros International Plc, as Independent Director from 2014 to 2020, Chello Broadband NV, as Managing Director from 1999 to 2001, Livent, Inc., as President from 1998 to 1999, Marvel Entertainment LLC, as Executive Vice President from 2006 to 2009, The Endeavor Agency LLC, as Head-Corporate Strategy & Business Development from 2001 to 2003, and Rovio Entertainment Oyj, as Owner from 2011 to 2017.
Mr. Maisel received his graduate degree from Duke University and graduate degree from Harvard Business School.
