He moved to Denver in 1998 from Houston, where he held various positions with Duke Energy and its predecessor company, Pan Energy Corp.
He started his career with Deloitte & Touche, where he spent seven years in the audit department.
Mr. Frederick graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
