Dave runs Connecticut Innovations’ Innovation Lab, where he is responsible for implementing legislation that enables procurement of CI portfolio companies’ services by State of Connecticut agencies and corporates.
Previously, he was global head of innovation for UBS Wealth Management (the world’s largest private bank, with $3T in assets), where his team led research and prototype-to-product development, market launch and exits of businesses.
Dave also launched F10, a global fintech accelerator now present in Zurich, Singapore and Madrid, and held an operational role in NVISO, a human-centered AI company.
Dave holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts and is a U.S.
CPA.
