Mr. David A. Powar is a Managing Partner at The GreensLedge Group LLC.
Prior to joining GreensLedge, he was associated with Natixis Capital Markets for eight years as Managing Director and Deputy Head in the US Structured Credit and Conduits Group, where he led the CLO arranging and Credit Solutions business.
From 1998 to 2003, he was managing director and co-head of the CLO group at CIBC World Markets.
Prior to that, he was a vice-president and senior analyst at Moody’s Investor Service and he started his career as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
He has a BA in American Studies from Cornell University and graduated with a JD cum laude from Boston University School of Law.
