Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs, for Lazard Asset Management LLC.
Mr. Kurzweil was also an associate at Kirkpatrick & Lockhart LLP from 1999-2003.
Mr. Kurzweil received a JD from the University of Richmond, T.C.
Williams School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the College of William and Mary.
