Mr. Breitman is a Member of Professional Engineers Ontario (formerly the Association of Professional Engineers) and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and a Director of the Ontario Aerospace Council.
Mr. Breitman received a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, and Physics from the University of Waterloo in 1974 and a Master's degree in Applied Science and Aerospace Studies from the University of Toronto in 1979.
