Corey Dawson

Corey is an Investment Director at Liverpool Partners having 20+ years of principal investing and banking experience in Europe and Australia.
He has extensive experience investing across the capital structure with a focus on Private Markets.
Prior to joining Liverpool Corey had a senior role in establishing Pacific Equity Partners, Australia’s largest Private Equity Firm, Capital Solutions platform after senior roles as Head of Leverage Finance Australian & New Zealand for Morgan Stanley, Co-Head of Leverage Finance at Westpac and Head of Corporate Transactions for the Royal Bank of Scotland in London.
His experience spans small to medium enterprises, corporate and institutional businesses across all industry sectors.
Corey holds a Bachelor of Business with a Major in Accounting & Finance and a Bachelor of International Finance from Griffith University with an MBA specialising in Private Equity from the Bayes Business School, City of London University
