Mr. Clayton E.

Prior to joining DLJ RECP, he spent three years building and overseeing the real estate private equity and high-yield finance businesses for Babson Capital Management.
Before that, Mr. Andrews spent 15 years as a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Cheslock, Bakker & Associates, a private real estate merchant banking firm.
Earlier, he was a Vice President in the commercial real estate division of US West Financial and a Portfolio Manager and Senior Investment Analyst in the real estate division of GE Capital.
Mr. Andrews received a B.S.
in Accounting from the University of Maine and an M.A. in Real Estate Investment and Development from New York University.
