The firm seeks to invest AUD 1 million to AUD15 million in companies with positive cash flows, growth potential, a solid track record and a quality management team. They take minority and majority stakes in their investee companies either by investing in new shares, by acquiring existing shares or by investing in debt instruments which convert into equity. CVC PE aims to identify and define appropriate exit strategies as part of their investment evaluation process and seek to achieve performance objectives of at least 20% IRR calculated on a cash-in, cash-out basis.
