Charles Brindamour

Mr. Charles J. Brindamour is an Associate at Casualty Actuarial Society, a Chief Executive Officer at Intact Investment Management, Inc., a Chairman at The Geneva Association, a Chief Executive Officer & Director at Intact Financial Corp., a Co-Chairman-Grande Campagne Financement at Université Laval, a Co-Founder at Gibraltar Ventures and a Member-Campaign Cabinet at Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Sainte-Justine. He is on the Board of Directors at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Intact Financial Corp., Business Council of Canada, C.D. Howe Institute and Branksome Hall. He began his career with Intact in 1992 and has held progressively senior roles, in Canada and abroad, within Intact and its former affiliates, including Senior Vice President of Personal Lines, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He was appointed as President and CEO in January, 2008. Mr. Brindamour was previously employed as a Chairman by Insurance Bureau of Canada. He also served on the board at General Insurance Statistical Agency. He is a graduate of Laval University in Actuarial Sciences and an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society.
