Cees van Luijk is Chairman of Capital-C Ventures.
He was formerly the CEO of Getronics and a member of the Global Leadership Team of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Cees has 25 years of broad experience in accountancy and management.
He is a Certified Public Accountant in the Netherlands and holds a Master's Degree in Business Economics from the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Cees serves on the board of directors of InterXion and Business Architects.
Besides the board positions for the Capital-C Ventures portfolio companies, he also serves on the board of Intersafe Holding B.V., PontMeyer N.V.

Among his additional functions, he is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Intersafe Holding BV, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Pontmeyer NV, and Member of the Supervisory Board of InterXion Holding NV.
Mr. Van Luijk was appointed in de Shareholders meeting of July 11, 2011.
His first term will come to an end in July 2015.
