Brian McDonnell

Mr. McDonnell joined Parthenon Capital as an Associate in 2003.
Previously, he spent two years as a Financial Analyst in the Corporate Finance Department at Morgan Stanley.
While at Morgan Stanley, Mr. McDonnell assisted with the financial analysis, due diligence and execution on a number of debt, equity, M&A and restructuring transactions.
Mr. McDonnell has experience in the air and land transportation, third party logistics, telecommunications and engineering services industries.
Mr. McDonnell earned a B.A. in Economics and Political Science magna cum laude from Williams College.
