Prior to Marathon, he worked in the Structured Credit Products groups at Salomon Smith Barney and Chase Securities.
Mr. Jefferson graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and a Master of Management degree from J.L.
Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
