Mr. Browne joined ING Investment Management in 2004, coming from Picador Capital, where as founder and managing partner, he led alternative fixed income investments.
Prior to that, he was managing director and co-head of U.S.
Fixed Income for Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, where he oversaw more than $150 billion in assets under management.
He has also served as vice president & portfolio manager at JP Morgan Investment Management working in their New York, Tokyo and London offices.
He earned a Masters in International Business Studies from the University of South Carolina and a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
