As of September 2021, Audrey Vallen is the Chief Administrative Officer.
She served as Chief Financial Officer of Founders Circle Capital from its inception, where she oversaw all finance, accounting, audit, tax, LP reporting, compliance, HR administration and facilities functions.
Since the mid 1990s, she held the same role and responsibilities at Panorama Capital, Bay Partners and Institutional Venture Partners.
Leading up to these roles, Audrey was with Coopers & Lybrand where the majority of her activity centered around audit and tax services for a wide variety of venture capital firms.
Audrey is deeply rooted in the community of venture capital CFOs where she was a founding board member of VCBC, a non-profit association of venture finance professionals and a board member of PECFOA (Private Equity CFO Association) which is a peer group of venture firm CFOs.
