Ashutosh Pradeep Sardesai

Ashutosh joined Kedaara Capital in October 2019 and has over 10 years of experience in investing / investment banking.
At Kedaara Capital, Ashutosh focuses on Financial Services, Technology Services/Consumer-tech and Industrials.
Some of the investments he has worked on include Veritas Finance and Ajax Engineering.
Prior to joining Kedaara Capital, Ashutosh was part of the investment team at Lighthouse Funds, an India-focused mid-market PE fund with ~ USD 500 mn AUM.
At Lighthouse, he focused on consumer and financial services and worked across the private equity lifecycle including investments, portfolio management and exits in both public and private markets.
Some of the investments he worked on include Kama Ayurveda, Aqualite Industries, Tynor Orthotics and Stylam Industries; he was also on the Board of Kama and Stylam.
Previously, he was part of the investment banking team at Avendus Capital where he focused on industrials and technology services.
He started his career with the programming languages research group at Tata Research Design & Development Centre.
Ashutosh received an MBA from IIM Lucknow and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Mumbai University.
