Ms. Swayze joined Gleacher in January 2003.
Previously, she was an associate in the Securities Law Practice Group at Stark & Stark where she advised hedge funds, investment advisers, broker-dealers and other securities professionals on compliance, risk management and corporate issues.
She also worked as a corporate, bankruptcy and secured transactions associate with Sterns and Weinroth.
Ms. Swayze received dual BAH (Bachelor of the Arts, Honors Major) and BA degrees from Villanova University and a juris doctor from Rutgers University School of Law.
She is a member of the bar of New Jersey.
