Mr. Fogel has extensive experience in corporate finance, capital markets and investments.
Prior to joining US Energy Systems Mr. Fogel was a Managing Director at Citicorp Securities Inc. and later on founded Dovertower Capital, a merchant banking boutique providing corporate finance services in the US and international markets.
Mr. Fogel led a US investor group in the acquisition of Ampa Group in Israel where he continues to serve as chairman of the financial services and is also a member of the management committee.
Mr. Fogel through Ampa Investments Ltd. acquired the Industrial Development Investment Company and established Ampa Capital.
Mr. Fogel holds a BA and MBA in economics from Hebrew University; he attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School specializing in finance
