Annesley Wallace

Ms. Annesley Wallace is a President & Chief Executive Officer at Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan, a President & Chief Executive Officer at Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan and a Principal at Midland Cogeneration Venture LP.
She is on the Board of Directors at Bruce Power, Inc. and Toronto Region Board of Trade.
Prior to joining HOOPP, Mr. Wallace was Executive Vice-President, Strategy and Corporate Development and President, Power and Energy Solutions at TC Energy.
In her role, she was responsible for leading and executing the development of TC Energy’s corporate strategy, corporate development activities and capital allocation process, as well as for all aspects of the Company’s power generation and unregulated natural gas storage businesses.
Before joining TC Energy in May 2023, she served as Executive Vice-President and Global Head of Infrastructure at OMERS, overseeing a global team and portfolio of approximately C$34 billion in assets across sectors including energy, digital, transportation and government-regulated services.
Previously, she also spent time at SNC-Lavalin, focused on engineering, procurement, project controls and project management for their energy, infrastructure and power businesses.
She holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Engineering from Queen’s University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, York University.
