Angie Henson

As a Principal at Valesco, Angie Henson serves in key roles related to new investment origination, portfolio management, and investor relations.
She directs the firm’s strategic acquisition planning and program management as acting head of research and business development operations since 2002.
Additionally, she is a member of Valesco’s Investment Committee and the Board of Directors of Valesco Industries.
Angie’s entrepreneurial mindset helps our team find and act on new and exciting opportunities.
Her experience in organizational governance activities and management helps her achieve Valesco’s commitment beyond capital.
Her leadership and direction in business development are a major key to the success of our past, present and future portfolio.
Prior to Valesco, she was an account manager for a Fortune 500 company where she was responsible for customer requirements planning, fulfillment, and delivery management.
Outside of Valesco, Angie is a Board Member of the American Valor Foundation, which supports military veterans, first responders and their families and is a volunteer with Mentors Care, an organization that connects at-risk high school students with adult volunteers to mentor students toward graduation and purposeful lives.
Angie joined Valesco in 1998 and holds a Bachelor of Science from Tarleton State University.
She also earned a certificate in entrepreneurial studies from Southern Methodist University.
