Mr. Lewin joined Hudson Securities in March 2009.
Prior to that, he was the Chief Legal Officer for Newtek Business Services, Inc., where he supported Newtek’s usiness lending, insurance services and electronic payment processing businesses, managed the firm’s regulatory filings, and oversaw the sale of its broker-dealer.
Previously, he served as General Counsel to Fusion Telecommunications International, Inc., where he took the company through the public offering process.
He has also worked in venture capital and investment banking and was a senior technology investment banker at First Albany Corporation.
Mr. Lewin graduated from Dartmouth College and the Columbia University School of Law and a member of the New York State Bar Association.
