Alejandro Olea Gonzalez

Mr. Alejandro Olea Gonzalez is Partner & Portfolio Manager Latam Equities at Moneda SA Administradora de Fondos de Inversión.
He joined Moneda in 2003 as Analyst for the Latin American corporate debt strategy.
He then became Assistant Portfolio Manager with role of having responsible for the research coverage of high yield corporate bonds in Latin America, as well as having a trading responsibility in the Fund.
At the end of 2006, Mr. Olea Gonzalez joined the New York office of Cheyne Capital Management as Senior Credit Analyst for their Latin American Strategy.
He was responsible for many investment deals in different Latin American countries and industries.
Mr. Olea Gonzalez returned to Moneda Asset Management in early 2008 to launch –from New York- the investment strategy of the Latin American Small Cap funds.
Mr. Olea Gonzalez is partner at Moneda since 2010 and holds a Master of Business Administrator (MBA) degree from Maryland University – Loyola College, and a Business Administration degree from the Universidad de Talca Chile.
