Solomont is the founder of Solomont Bailis Ventures LLC (founded in 1998) and HouseWorks LLC (founded in 1998).
He was also the founder of Angel Healthcare Investors LLC (founded in 2000) where he served as the Managing Member.
Currently, Mr. Solomont holds several positions.
He is the Chairman of The Spain-U.S.
Chamber of Commerce since 2013.
He is also a Director at The Commerce Insurance Co., a Trustee at Tufts University, and the Dean of Jonathan M Tisch College of Civic Life since 2014.
In the past, Mr. Solomont served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ads Group.
He was also the Chairman of Combined Jewish Philanthropies of Greater Boston, Inc. Additionally, he served as the Chairman-Bipartisan Directors of the Corporation for National & Community Service.
