Aaina Duggal

Aaina works with the Managing Partner and leadership team on strategic and operational priorities.
Aaina has held strategic and operational roles across consulting and industry, and her belief in the catalytic effect of philanthropic capital and visionary founders and organisations teaming up to support underserved Indians has brought her to Omidyar Network India.
Prior to joining ONI, Aaina was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence in Urban Company, where she was building and scaling their newest at-home offering, with the aim to disrupt the traditional offline aesthetic treatments industry.
Previously, Aaina has worked extensively in the education sector, as a part of The Parthenon Group (now EY-Parthenon), and has advised some of the largest education operators and investors across India, APAC, and MENA on M&A, growth, and market entry.
Aaina holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Hons.) from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi.
