Zensar Technologies Limited at its board meeting held on January 21, 2018, board members declared an interim dividend of INR 1.00 per share, record date for the interim dividend is February 01, 2019. The interim dividend on equity shares as declared, shall be paid on or after February 14, 2019.
The board appointed Anant Vardhan Goenka as an Additional Director, to be designated as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director on the Board of the company, effective from January 21, 2019 to hold office as such until the conclusion of next annual general meeting of the company or the last date on which the annual general meeting should have been held, whichever is earlier.
