Unirita Inc. signed a contract to acquire Mugen Corp. from Hideo Aota, SRA Holdings, Inc. and others for approximately ¥610 million.

Unirita Inc. (JASDAQ:3800) signed a contract to acquire Mugen Corp. from Hideo Aota, SRA Holdings, Inc. (TSE:3817) and others for approximately ¥610 million on January 18, 2018. Under the terms of the transaction, Unirita Inc. will acquire 608 shares of Mugen Corp.

and convert it to a subsidiary. Mugen Corp. had total assets of ¥934.1 million, net assets of ¥270.7 million, revenue of ¥2.2 billion, operating profit of ¥72.6 million and net income of ¥42.9 million in 2017.

The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Directors of Unirita Inc. on January 18, 2018. The transaction is expected to complete on February 15, 2018.
