Unirita Inc. (JASDAQ:3800) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 160,000 shares, representing 2.09% of its issued share capital for ?293.76 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of ?1,836 per share. The purpose of the program is to return profits to shareholders and improve capital efficiency. The program is valid till November 11, 2021. As of September 30, 2021, the company had 7,670,033 shares issued (excluding treasury stock) and 829,967 shares in treasury.

The Cloud business segment provides group products and services as cloud services in areas such as data utilization, system operation, labor management and back office operations.
