(Alliance News) - UniCredit Spa announced Friday that it has concluded the second tranche of its 2023 buyback program.

The bank bought back a total of 44.9 million of its own ordinary shares during the second tranche, equivalent to 2.7 percent of its share capital, for a total value of EUR1.59 billion.

UniCredit's stock is down 1.1 percent at EUR34.42 per share.
