Shanghai Juhui Biopharmaceutical Industrial Development Co., Ltd. entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire Shanghai Gaorong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. from Shanghai Xuerong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300511) and Shanghai Xuerong Edible Fungus Co., Ltd for CNY 78 million on December 29, 2020. Shanghai Xuerong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. will sell off 70% stake and Shanghai Xuerong Edible Fungus Co., Ltd will sell its 30% stake in Shanghai Gaorong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. For the year ending December 31, 2019, Shanghai Gaorong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 124.04 million, net assets of CNY 81.65 million, revenues of CNY 75.46 million, operating profit of CNY 0.47 million and net profit of CNY 0.22 million. This has been approved in the 10th Meeting of Shanghai Xuerong Biotechnology Co., Ltd.'s 4th Directorate held on December 29, 2020, and does not need the Shareholders’ Approval.
