Hortifrut S.A. Stock

Hortifrut SA is a Chile-based company primarily engaged in the production, distribution, import and export of horticultural products and by-products, as well as in the provision of advisory and consulting related services. The Company’s products portfolio include redcurrants and all types of fresh and frozen berries, such as blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and strawberries, as well as jams, truffles and juices made from berries. The Company has operations established in the Coquimbo and Los Lagos Chilean regions, in the Jalisco and Michoacan Mexican states and the Spanish autonomous communities of Andalusia and Asturias. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Colmenares Hortisur SA, Agricola Hortifrut SA and Hortifrut Chile SA, as well as minor stakes in other companies. In February 2014, the Company establishes a company in Peru, Hortifrut - Tal SAC, to produce and commercialize berries.
