Seohan Const. & Eng. Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A011370) agreed to acquire 22,342 square meters land in Daegu City, South Korea from Korea Land & Housing Corp. for KRW 20.1 billion on March 11, 2013. The transaction is expected to close on March 11, 2018.
