Seohan Const. & Eng. Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A011370) agreed to acquire 22,342 square meters land in Daegu City, South Korea from Korea Land & Housing Corp.
for KRW 20.1 billion on March 11, 2013. The transaction is expected to close on March 11, 2018.
SEOHAN Const. & Eng.co.,LTD. is a Korea-based company engaged in the construction and civil engineering business. Through its construction business, the Company is engaged in the construction of education buildings, medical centers, sports centers, institutes, museums, apartments, offices and others. Through its civil engineering business, the Company is engaged in the construction of drainage facilities, landscaping, streets, railways, subways, waste treatment facilities, sewage treatment facilities, bridges and others. The Company is also involved in the electric work, housing sale and real estate leasing businesses.
