On January 24, 2023, Provident Financial Holdings, Inc. (the "Corporation") announced that the Corporation's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share. Shareholders of the Corporation's common stock at the close of business on February 14, 2023 will be entitled to receive the cash dividend. The cash dividend will be payable on March 7, 2023.
