Kanpur Plastipack Limited Announces Resignation of Ram Gopal Bagla as Non-Executive Independent Director, Chairman of Audit Committee, Chairman of Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Member of Empowered Committee

Kanpur Plastipack Limited announced that Dr. Ram Gopal Bagla has submitted his resignation from the post of Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company due to age and health. His resignation will be placed before the Board of Directors at their upcoming meeting. The date of cessation will be as may be decided by the Board of Directors.

After approval of the Board of Directors at their upcoming meeting, Dr. Ram Gopal Bagla will automatically ceased to be a Chairman of the Audit Committee, Chairman of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee and the member of the Empowered Committee.
