Investeringsforeningen Danske Invest - Nye Markeder KL Stock

Danske Invest Nye Markeder (the Fund) is a Denmark-based investment fund. The Fund is engaged in making investments in the equities of companies active in newly industrialized countries. As of December 31, 2011, most of its investments were located in Brazil (17.6%), India (13.1%), China (8.3%), Mexico (7.5%) and South Korea (6.4%), among others. As of May 31, 2012, it invested in such sectors, as finance (29.92%) and energy (13.48%), among others. As of May 31, 2012, its investment portfolio included the shares of China Mobile Ltd. (4.87%), Samsung Electronics (4.44%), Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (4.26%), Vale SA (3.87%) and Banco Bradesco SA (3.38%), among others. Danske Invest Nye Markeder is a division of Investeringsforeningen Danske Invest, a Denmark-based investment organization.
