From November 30, 2017 to February 28, 2018, the company has repurchased 401,896 shares, representing 3.75% for KRW 3,000.03 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 401,896 shares, representing 3.75% for KRW 3,000.03 million under the buyback announced on November 30, 2017.
Intelligent Digital Integrated Security Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the development, manufacture and distribution of digital video recorders (DVRs). The Companyâs products portfolio consists of personal computer (PC)-based DVRs under the brand name Pacom, S1 and others, and stand alone DVRs for security usages under the brand name Honeywell, ADT and others.
